Boulevardier

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce (about 30mls) bourbon or rye
• 1 ounce (about 30mls) Campari
• 1 ounce (about 30mls) sweet vermouth (we recommend Martini Rosso)

Garnish:

• 1 orange twist

Method:

• Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass
• Add ice
• Stir the contents thoroughly until the outside of the glass is very cold to the touch
• Strain the contents into a chilled cocktail glass (can also serve in an Old Fashioned glass with 1 large ice cube – we prefer to serve this way)
• Garnish with an orange twist
