The Bloody Shiraz Gin was created from adding the infamous Rare Dry Gin with the best Shiraz grapes in Australia. These grapes are also grown in the Yarra Valley and are neighbours to the Four Pillars Distilleries. This gin is made by allowing the shiraz grapes to soak in the Rare Dry Gin and after eight weeks the fruit is pressed before blending it with more gin.
The ABV is 37.8%, which shows that the gin packs a punch is ideal in a range of cocktails and is a must have for cocktail enthusiast. This gin is unfiltered, so it will develop secondary fruit characters beyond two years and is best consumed within two years until it becomes vintage.
