* Barley : Golden Promise * Farms : James Fawcett, Aberford – Yorkshire Wolds, Driffield * Cask : Peatty Whisky (200 Liters) Palate The peat is more expressive and encompasses aromas of pepper, grapefruit and cardamom. The finish is full of finesse with flavors of pralines, exotic fruits and vine peach. Finesse and veil of peat. Complex and persistent length.
