This is a beautiful example of a lively and intense yet elegant Cabernet Sauvignon that is a lot of fun to drink. Red and black currants quickly appear on the nose, giving way to spicy notes of cinnamon, black pepper and tobacco leaves. When poured into a glass, the wine opens and reveals delicate notes of caramel complemented by the aroma of cherry. It is a robust, well-balanced wine with fresh acidity and soft tannins that create an excellent structure on the palate. Very good with roasted meats.
