2016 Mouton Cadet (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot)
Tasting Notes: Aspect: Intense vermilion red, with crimson nuances. Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit, especially of cherry, blackberry, black currant and blueberry; delicate spicy nuances. Palate: Rich, full and soft; we find the same fruity notes of the nose, to which cinnamon nuances are added; firm and well-rounded tannins; powerful finish of great persistence. Denomination of Origin: Bordeaux Vineyard: Baron Philippe de Rothschild - Mouton Cadet Grapes: 7% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 83% Merlot.
