Merlot grapes were first cold macerated at 10°C for 7 days, followed by fermentation with different strains of yeast at 26°C for 9-10 days. Post-fermentation maceration takes place for 15 days, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Merlot COLOUR: Intense and bright cherry red with violet touches NOSE: Aromas of ripe fruits such as strawberries, cherries and blueberries are present. There are also floral aromas such as violets, as well as minerality and some hints of oak.
