Gin Batch 1 is the very first Gin elaborated by The Distillerie de Paris. Elaborated from a neutral grape spirit, its profile focuses on juniper associated to fresh coriander. The botanical bouquet is opens to bergamot, spices and flowers including jasmine and lavender. Slow and gradual reduction brings softness to the spirit, best consumed neat or with tonic.
