TASTING NOTES

Nose

Approachable and appealing, fruity and floral notes from Sichuan peppers in base gin. A cinnamon spice underpins the scent. Faint notes of zesty lime refresh.

Palate

Mellow cherry stonefruit and vanilla from the French oak. Caramel notes from the pinot noir grapes come through, blending with the floral pepper flavours.

Finish

An enjoyable piquant peppery finish which becomes dry, combining with deeper flavors of angelica and liquorice.
