A WHITE/YOUNG MEZCAL made of MAGUEY ESPADIN, an 8 year/old growing plant, harvested in the northern highlands of the state of OAXACA , located in
the Southeast of Mexico. It is cooked in a conical earth oven, with mesquite wood, ground in traditional stone mill, fermented in tubs of oak wood with yeast from the plant. Packaging and label are all made by hands, an Artisan procedure. Distillate spirits: Crystal appearance, with cooked agave aroma, floral notes and slightly smoked.
Notes to the palate smooth and balanced, aftertaste of herbal aromas with a touch of citrus.
