The aged MEZCAL, is made of MAGUEY ESPADIN, an 8 year/old plant crop of agave, harvested in the northern highlands of the state of OAXACA , located in the Southeast of Mexico. Cooked in traditional conical earth oven, distilled and aged in American white oak barrels.
Distillate spirits: distilled with crystalline body and bright amber, with aroma of orange, lime, apricot and fruits.
Notes to the palate oak and chamomille, aftertaste floral aroma to jazmine with hints of toasted hazelnuts.
