Yaguara Cachaça Branca

Yaguara Branca is a classic small-batch white cachaça. All of Yaguara’s cachaças are sustainably prepared using a 750L double-retort copper alembic still to ensure that they are full of character and of the highest quality. Due to this batch process, the distiller can keep only the heart of distillation, which is impossible in an industrial column process. After distillation, this cachaça is rested in stainless steel for eight months before being bottled. AV 40.5%
