Details
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were first cold macerated at 10°C for 7 days, followed by fermentation with different strains of yeast at 26°C for 8-10 days. Post-fermentation maceration takes place for 20 days for enhancing the flavors and bouquet, as well as smoothing the tannins, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon COLOUR: Intense and bright ruby red NOSE: Its aroma is reminiscent of red fruits, such as strawberry, cherry and raspberry, with are mixed with spicy aromas auch as black pepper, vanilla and a mild minty aroma. PALATE: On the palate, it is an elegant wine with medium tannins. The aftertaste presents notes of blackberry jam and vanilla. 14% ABV Additional Information
