Details
Carmenere grapes were first cold macerated at 10°C for 7 days, followed by fermentation with different strains of yeast at 26°C for 9-10 days. Post-fermentation maceration takes place for 20 days, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Carmenere COLOUR: Intense, deep and bright ruby red NOSE: Its aroma is reminiscent of red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries, with mineral, white pepper, advice and hints of caramel.
