Technical Informations: WINE PRODUCTION :to maintain aromas, the grapes are harvested early in the morning and immediately taken to the state-of-theart INERTYS press to reduce risk of oxidation during the delicate pressing phase. After cold stabilisation and removal of heavy organic matter, the wines ferment slowly and gently at 16°C.

MATURING: on lees and agitation of fine sediment

GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Chardonnay
COLOR: Deep yellow. Tint of Topaz.
NOSE: Fresh nose with notes of white flowers, acacia, pear and sweet almonds.
PALATE: Well-balanced, fresh, round, slightly buttered with notes of honey and lemon.
FOOD MATCHING: Apéritif, cooked shellfish, fishes in sauce and white meats, goat cheeses.
