Launch of Shanghai9 Chinese

Along with the Chinese version, we have also made some changes to the default domain name. Our previous address of www.shanghai9.net will now redirect to www.shanghai9.cn, as will www.shanghai9.com.cn. The .cn domains are now being served by our data center in Shanghai giving our customers a much more responsive user experience.
